GCE specializes in the photolithography and e-beam metrology equipment this space depends on. Our Canon steppers support 180nm and above while our KLA CD-SEMs extend metrology capability down to 28nm, covering the full range of mature-node and compound semiconductor production across GaN, SiC, GaAs, and InP. GCE was founded in 2000, when the market for used semiconductor equipment was fragmented and largely informal. For the first several years, GCE brokered equipment for other fabs. The real insight came from watching where value was actually created: not in sourcing or moving equipment, but in understanding it well enough to restore and support it. We chose the complex platforms on purpose.
