Canon FPA-3000 i4 Wafer Stepper
Canon FPA-3000 i4 is a 365 nm i-line stepper resolving 350 nm at 0.45 to 0.63 NA, running up to 59 wafers per hour on an ABS stage over a 22 x 22 mm field.
This refurbished tool is installed at our Lab in Blackwood, NJ, USA and is ready for operational demonstration. Recent performance data is available upon request.
Suitable for a variety of wafer types: Silicon, Silicon Carbide, Gallium Nitride, and all other Compound Semi substrates as well as clear wafers.
