Facilities
Our operations centers are in 3 locations worldwide with total space of 30,000 square feet. Our facilities feature 3,000 square feet of cleanroom with multiple bays for simultneous refurbishment of upto 10 wafer steppers ; and 3,000 square feet of lab space for simultaneous refubishment of upto 15 systems for wafer processing, metrology and inspection, as well as automated test equipment.
